Leveza Foods
B2B eCommerce platform for a wholesale food supplier — ordering app, operations portal, and ledger management.

About the Project
Leveza Foods is a wholesale supplier of fresh and frozen food to supermarkets and restaurants. Leveza is a B2B eCommerce platform that enables meat suppliers to cater to supermarkets and restaurant chains, featuring an order management system and a B2B ledger management system.
Neumeral was involved in end-to-end development and deployment of both the web and mobile app: a web portal to manage orders, customer ledger, and payment integration with Razorpay, and a mobile app for customers to place orders, make payments, and view ledger balances.
The Challenge
Wholesale food supply runs on credit, not checkout. A supermarket or restaurant chain orders against a running account, settles periodically, and expects the balance to be right — so an ordering system that cannot keep the ledger straight is worse than no system at all.
The business needed both sides of that relationship covered: customers placing their own orders and seeing what they owe, and the supplier managing incoming orders, adjustments, and account balances from one place — with payments collected through the platform rather than chased separately.
- B2B eCommerce platform: A single system letting a meat supplier serve supermarkets and restaurant chains, replacing phone and message-based ordering.
- Order management: Incoming orders managed through the operations portal, from placement through to fulfilment.
- B2B ledger management: Customer ledgers maintained against each account, so balances stay accurate across credit-based ordering cycles.
- Customer mobile app: A React Native app for customers to place orders, make payments, and check their ledger balance directly.
- Razorpay integration: Payments collected in the platform and reflected against the customer account.

Results & Impact
The difference it made.
Customers Order Themselves
Supermarkets and restaurant chains place their own orders and check balances in the app, instead of the supplier taking every order by phone.
One Ledger, Not Many
Orders, payments, and account balances live in the same system, so what a customer owes is derived from the platform rather than reconciled by hand.
Payments Inside the Flow
Razorpay collection sits in the ordering journey, so settling an account is part of using the app rather than a separate chase.
